For almost half a year i've worked in Jurong Island, there was never a time when it rains in the morning when im leaving for werk.
This morning is not like always, it rains so damn heavily till i decided to take a cab instead.
How things changed. Drastically in fact.
I met up with Emily & Eddie yesterday in town. Juz for awhile tat is, after my visit to the docter. Yeah, i was on medical leave yesterday and the visit to the docter brought my nightmare to reality. Finally the referral letter is issued to me. *sigh* I dun wish to talk abt it... realli i dun.
So i met up with the couple and Eddie did make my day better. he was teasing me at most times and Emily as always, is such a darling. She bought me this very sweet looking notebook with a ribbon placed on it. Thank you darlz, i realli appreciate your effort to try cheering me up. *hugs to emily*
On a brighter note, i received a phonecall from a very close mate also. Junaidi a.k.a Pakcik buzzed me up asking my well being. Such sweet advices from him realli did help. Since he got married, i have rarely seen him around but he never failed sending me & my gerl frens sms'es and even short phonecalls to say hi. I managed to talk to him for awhile and he promised to meet up with me & the gerls next week after his course.
Went for dinner at esplanade and i find every moment spent last nite very calming. It was a lovely sweet way to end the day in fact.
Juz look at a brighter side aite. I mean, the world doesn't stop for your grief. I have frens & family whom i noe care very much for me. Its realli not the end of the world as yet.
N im looking forward to meet my lovely ladies for dinner later.
