I have 2 bosses to take care of.
My senior boss is off to Shanghai for his business meeting. I was pretty much occupied yesterday re-arranging his schedules and meetings till he comes back. N while he was away, i do have some 'free' time for myself. Yeah, i did a lot of re-organising in my work station. Tis cosy cubicle of mine smells freshly of my newly purchased purifier-Lavender scent!
So, he'll be back only next week. A little lesser workload BUT a lot of resheduling to do.
N its a public holiday tomorrow. How nice. : )
Wat makes it even nicer, was the news from my lady boss just minutes ago.
5 of us were chatting in her room after lunch. We all had plans actually, for tonite tat is.
She wanted to treat us to dinner. Well at the same time, she owe me a bthday treat.
It will be dinner at the Merchant COurt Swiss Hotel at 6.30pm.
Then another good news came along. Everyone seem to be in a holiday mood.
She said to me , " Gal, go check out wat movies they have at Cathay,tats the nearest to the hotel rite? take my card and book tickets online, we'll all leave early, catch a movie then off for dinner."
Yeah, my lady boss calls me " Gal ".
I looked at everyone in the room. All eyes were on me. I was stunned.
Movies with colleagues and BOSS???
I rushed to my workstation, got a 3.30pm movie slot, booked online and yeah, we are all gonna watch CLICK.
Free movie & free dinner.
Best of all, half day at werk today!!
