I was having dinner with my family last nite with the presence of Mak & Abah at home.
Then i told them, after many many years, tis is the first time i am not looking forward or eager for Valentines Day.
So i wanna rush back home rite after werk cos i dun wanna feel intimidated lookin at happy couples holding hands with the ladies holding a bouquet.
How paranoid can i be?? Heh.
Yup, true enuff, my first year without flowers.
Early this morning, me and Emily have our daily morning greetings and wished each other happy valentines day.
Valentines Day is a day to celebrate love rite?
But when u r in love, does it matter wat day it is?
Ok, im trying to make myself a bit better there . Heh.
So, today is Valentines Day.
It is of course, not advisable for Muslims to celebrate the day.
But yet again, for the sake of having fun, i guess tats a fine excuse rite?
I mean, celebrating the day appreciating love and honoring ur partner is indeed somethin sweet, isnt it?
U noe, im a sucker when it comes to love and sweet devotions.
N Valentines Day is one of my favourite occassion. *smiles*
Well, even if it will not be as memorable as it was years ago, its so gonna be somethin i am gonna be very proud of.
Like i told my sis yest, tis 2007, i have yet shed a single tear!!
N tis year, im realli starting life afresh, even without bouquets to celebrate the V Day.
To me now, it doesnt matter whether or not i receive flowers,
Cos i noe, there's some one out there who still loves me, its just tat in our situation now, we just have to lay low and concentrate on life itself..
Love is about making sacrifices.
Love is meaningful in its own special way.
Please, dun ever give up or stop believing in love.
Yup, i still very much believe in love.
So must all of u peepz out there.
No matter how bad love may have led us thru,
Let tat just be memories of a heartache.
For love is such a beautiful emotion.
No matter how badly hurt i was due to love, i strongly believe, love is a wonderful thing.
Life without love is like the day without the sun's ray.
Dark and definitely gloomy.
Love from not only ur partner, but from family and frens will make a huge difference in yr life.
