3 days may have passed by.
But images of the dinner held last Friday still remains in my mind.
I never thought that it could turn out tat well.

Well, its not anything fancy or expensive.
But the togetherness and bond is priceless.
Before i start penning this very entry,
I was blog hopping to each and every blog tagging and thanking them for being part of the nite.
I am also touched by all entries in review of the dinner.
To sum it all,
I am thankful.
Let me just go down memory lane on how plans to have this dinner came about.
I was having my meal with love a month ago at Kampong Glam Cafe, enjoying our favourite local dish, roti kirai and mee soto when we started chatting abt our blogs.
Both Sri and myself went thru a hell of a rough time.
We sumhow let our feelings flow freely thru in our blogs.
May it be personal or random,
I believe we have the final say in our lives.
Penning our lives in public is a risk i noe.
But we are responsible for our own actions.
We find comfort in penning our miseries, our happy moments, our inner feeling, our lives.
We just wanna let it out.
Thru writing, we meet beautiful souls.
We found friendship,
We found love.
We received emails from wonderful beings sharing their lives, giving words of comfort and many more great help.
It helps us a lot.
Honestly, it did.
I was a wreck at one point of time.
I felt the whole world came crashing down on me.
I thought i have lost it all.
Not untill i met them.
My fellow bloggers, my beautiful strangers, my mafia babes,my fellow readers and of course, my love,Sri.
Not denying the fact that i attract a handful of haters along the way.
These handful of people who gloat over my miseries, picking my every flaws, adding more salt to my badly bruised wound and yeah raking up my awful past.
I was at first very affected by those hate taggers.
But as time passes by,
I got numb.
Cos after every tag that is being posted on the blog,
I will receive numerous mails from concerned parties telling me to brush it off and that they are sumhow behind me.
I felt blessed.
I realli do.
N so,
As a token of appreciation to all those who have been there for us,
Sri and myself decided that a dinner with them would be nice.
Not only we get the chance to meet them in person,
But its a way for everyone to meet each other as well.
Sri and myself started planning and scouting for a place to dine.
The moment we stepped our feet into Amirah's second floor dining area,
We look at each other and smile.
Perfect.
We confirmed that this would be the most perfect area for all of us.
Invites were sent out.
Lovelies confirmed their attendance.
Dinner and booking arragements were made.
Flowers and cupcakes were ordered.
Prizes and games were planned.
The date 25th May 2007 finally came.
I cant sleep the nite before the actual day.
I was afraid things wouldn't be smooth sailing.
I have thoughts that people might not get along.
I was worried that the food may not be up to expectation.
I have soo many negatives thoughts in my mind !!!!!
But all that aside,
The night turned out better than expected.
I breathe a huge sigh of relief when everything ended that nite.
I hugged Sri realli tight cos we work realli hard for it.
I was delighted seing every one there having fun and laughing away.
Its a wonderful sight seeing all of them kissing and hugging each other altho it was their very first meet up.
It was simply amazing when the whole 30 of us sat down and started sharing our deep inner feelings.
Let's take Kak Lyn for example.
Everyone who attended the dinner will remember that lady im sure.
Kak Lynn is not a blogger.
But she reads almost every blog of ours.
She is one very courageous lady i must say.
And when she shared her life story with all of us,
My heart sank.
I cried.
So does the rest of them.
We cried.
All of us did.
That lady went thru a devastating path.
She never shared with anyone,
Not even her own family.
But she open up to us.
She spoke with tearful eyes recollecting her past.
And we are strangers to begin with.
Yet,that lady found courage to say it all.
To you Kak Lyn,
You have my upmost respect.
We will pray for you.
Insyallah we will.
The dinner bonded all of us together.
In just 3 hours.
All of us are like family.
We had fun, tears but most of all,
We learn to value life more than before.
Some of us took the chance to share abt our lives,
We learn from them all.
Be there for one another and move on.
My mission is accomplished.
I got the chance to say my thank you personally to the whole bunch.
Pardon me when i broke down in between my speech.
I was simply too lost for words at that time.
I was touched by the turn out.
I was touched with all the warm wishes, hugs and kisses.
But most of all,

I am touched with the honestly and great love from each and everyone who came.
The whole dining area was filled with love.

Great love shared among all of us.
I may have lost love sumhow.
But Allah replaced it with something even better.
Love from 30 magnificent ladies.
The feeling of being together that nite can never be put in
words.
Trust me,

If you were a part of the dinner the other nite,
You will noe wat i mean.
Ask the ladies,
Im pretty sure they will share my exact sentiments.
The dinner was a success not becos of Sri and myself.
Its all credit to all who attended and make the nite a memrable one.
You ladies deserve an award for being such wonderful
souls.
Simply said.
You ladies ROCKS!
From the bottom of my heart,
Thank you for making a day in my life a memorable one.
It made such a huge impact on me.
I will remember this for a lifetime.
Yes, insyallah we will do this again.
But this time,
Any takers?
Sri and myself have start the ball rolling.

So who's next?
Oh ya,

Keep in mind ladies,
We are not just blogmates.
We are family.
For watever i went thru tat nite can never be put in any words possible.
I guess its better kept in my heart.
Biar lah Rahsia.
Salam'
