I am soooo looking forward to the weekends.
Werk have been alrite so far, not so bz like the previous weeks.
My boss have finally learn to werk independently i supppose. Heh.
To be honest,
I am coping very well werking with the AVP now.
Well for a start,
He does get on my nerves when he wants everything to be done here and now!
But as time goes by,
He's getting more and more bubbly.
N im enjoying every bit of it.
You see,
This boss of mine is much younger than the one i used to werk with.
Of course no one can ever take the place of my previous boss Mr Simon Ho.
Tat previous boss of mine was 62 when he retired and have been serving the company for 30 long years.
So when this new boss came in,
He was a complete stranger to me.
I never seen him before till the day he stepped in the office on his first day of werk.
N on tat very day,
He called me in and set all the targets and his expectations on me.
I still remember him saying, " pls plan my meetings wisely. no clashes pls. i hate it when my day doen't go well."
*gulp*
So my impression on him that very day changed.
I called mummy and cried.
I went up to meet my big boss and told him that i don't think i can handle such big shots.
To summarise everything,
I was SCARED lah oK !!!
Duh.
He have meetings every single day.
He have lunch appointments almost every week.
He have pile of invoices and statements to sign almost every hour.
N me??
I have to update his calendar religiously, reply to his emails almost instantly, set up meetings accordingly and make sure all his papaer work is signed and returned to its rightful owner faithfully!!
I simply have no time during later of the day u noe.
There goes the days of me and the other ladies exchanging chains of emails at werk.
I can only read and clear my inbox without having the chance of replying to them *sigh*
But im sumhow getting used to the whole concept here.
My boss is not as kanchiong as he used to be.
He jokes with me every day when i place his morning coffee, commenting on anything tat comes in his mind, like my hot red heels or my gucci rush being too strong. heh.
Yeah, he fitted in quite well already.
N i sabotaged him yesterday!
The whole SembCorp unit will be having this football carnival tomorrow and the bosses have set up their own team to go against the staffs.
I realise his name was not in the list.
So at lunch yesterday,
I told my big boss that he should include my boss in his team.
Instantly, my boss is in the squad. Heh.
Now, my boss blames me for putting him in hot soup. *smiles widely*
He jokingly say tat he's gonna take revenge on me!
Now, all tat make werk even better.
I am enjoying my stay here.
Tats for sure.
On a totally different note,
I am sooo missing my
love.
She sent me a sweeeet morning sms and i am soooo looking forward to meet her next week!
I owe her a birthday treat!
