Dinner with Mr B turned out just fine.
It was simple.
We had the very talk-about Fried Kway Teow Cockle at Banquet ViVo and then rushed off to catch a movie.
Yeah, i wasn't expecting it actually.
I tot it would be just dinner and coffee as always.
But tat sweet soul booked a pair of 7pm tickets to watch Shrek 3 with me.
I remembered telling him tat i never missed watching Shrek in the theaters before.
N he even told me how clueless he was abt tat movie as he never had the chance to watch the previous Shrek before.
But despite all tat,
He made a pleasant surprise.
I was puzzled at first why he was so anxious asking me to finish up my dinner fast.
Cos i have no idea tat he already booked tickets for the movie.
I was all delighted of course.
Its been ages since i last went for a movie u noe. *smiles*

It was a nice time spent with you indeed.
Sumtimes, it makes me wonder how amazing life can be.
4 months ago, Mr B sent a long heart warming email.
I was touched.
But i had no intention watsoever to go beyond exchanging emails.
There's something in his mail tat caught my eye.
He said,
" in the big big world out there, you might never know who might want to share your life.you may feel the whole world is against you, but you will never know someone out there in this world who might want to make your life a better one for you. you never know."
I was very broken.
My relationship with the ex doesn't seem to work anymore.
I was devastated.
I thought i could never make it.
Then i saw those words from a man, a complete stranger to me.
For almost a month,
All we do was exchanging emails.
He never failed to send me inspiring words of comfort.
In fact, he still does.
Till this very day,
I will open up my inbox and his name will definitely be in the list.
Sending me lines of encouragement.
Giving me faith to move on.
Our very first date was to the mosque.
I will never forget tat look on his face waiting for me at the entrance of Allah's home.
All claded in his punjab suit, he smiled as he watch me and Trisya strolled in.
From there, i knew Allah sent me an angel to sumhow ease my pain.
To be very honest,
Altho 3 months may have passed by,
Our meet ups are usually trips to the religious classes we both are attending.
Or once in a blue moon,
He will buzz me for a short dinner or coffee session.
Besides tat,
We are both occupied with our own stuffs.
He is busy with his school and work.
I am busy with work, dinner dates, soccer matches, family and many more.
N as he was driving me home last nite,
He said something that i will remember for a lifetime.
"
whoever the man you are gonna end up your life with, he better treat you good. cos it doesnt matter if i will end up waiting and hoping, all i want is to see you happy. "
I know its really selfish of me.
But rest assured, you are the best so far.
To love is a huge word.
To care is all i feel now.
I am glad i found you along the way.
You have been a great fren.
You brought me closer to Allah.
You filled my heart with so much faith.
You showed me that sumwhere out there,
There are still men who care.
N you are one of them.

On a totally different note,
My lovely sis Trisya called me up yesteday telling me this hot news.
As she was having lunch in school,
She was approached by a group of people and last year's winner of the New Paper New Face.
She was told to fill up a form and was selected to join in the competition. Heh.
So that little girl was all excited and asking me whether or not she should do it.
Me being the super cool elder sister told her to go for it lah!
Wei, opportunities like this comes only once in a lifetime ok!
N yeah, she did fill up the form and was told to pose for a picture.
