Our plan to have dinner at Vivo last nite was cancelled.

Mr B's mum called me up late in the afternoon and invited me over for dinner instead.

How can i say no when an elder person like her personally called with such warm invitation.

So I met up with Mr B in school as that man was busy with his assignments,

Drove back to his place just in time for mahgrib prayers and then dinner with the rest of his family.

His mum cooked delicious 'nasi minyak' and many other more delicacies.

I simply adore home cook food.

Esp having them with great company.

To add it up,

Mr B's dad have been such a sweetheart to me.

I think he adores me more than his son does. *smiles*

Just like last nite,

After the very filling dinner we had,

The lovely mum prepared this very special aroma tea and we had them in a very nice cosy garden outside their home.

Then Mr B's dad started chatting the nite away with me.

He asked me many many questions and provide me kind advices as well.

I am truly touched and honored hearing him speak.

I nearly teared when he told me that i should always regard them as family and that i should never hesitate if i ever need any sort of help.

Mr B's family are not related to me in any way.

Yet, they accepted me into the family with such open arms.

Cos to be very honest,

I used to have a hard time coping with family members of my past exes.

Perhaps they hated me for hurting their sons. *blush*

Or maybe,

They thought that i am not fit enuff to be their future daughter in law.

Well,

That was when i was much younger lah.

I admit i may have taken things for granted back then.

But not anymore now,

I learn very much from my past experiences.

I believe in order to maintain a good relationship with your partner,

We have to get blessings from our elders.

So far,

Things have been realli good between me and Mr B's family.

To add it all up,

He fits in perfectly well with my family too.

I guess things are going on pretty well for us both.

Syukur alhamdulillah.

Anyway,

I will be meeting up with my buddy tonite for her belated birthday dinner.

Just a simple one.

But i noe,

That babe will appreciate the dinner no matter how simple it may be.

So babe, i see you later in town alrite!

Dun be late oK!

Updates on that little simple dinner tomorrow yeah!

Meanwhile,

My company will be having their annual dinner and dance tomorrow.

Theme of dinner,

INTERNATIONAL CASUAL WEAR.

How pathetic!

Worst still,

I have no idea what to wear up till today!

Mr B suggested me wearing my blue punjabi suit since i only wore it once.

He claimed that outfit is casual and international enuff.

Hmmm...

Perhaps i should just go along with that idea.

Since Mr B have a matching blue punjabi suit and he will be my date for the nite. Heh.

I cant wait for the dinner tomorrow.

I bet there's gonna be lots of good food and prizes.

Hopefully i get something from the lucky draw dip! *prays hard*

But most importantly,

Its abt spending great time with your colleagues out of the office.

Psstt...

Dinner tomorrow is at Pan Pacific Hotel.
