Its been 4 days since im in Dubai.
Everything here is great.
Honestly, Dubai is gorgeous.
Altho i do miss home very much,
But i like it here tho.
Very calm and peaceful,
Esp at the area we live in.
I wake up every morning seeing beautiful faces of my family and relatives.
My aunties and mummy would be busy at the kitchen every morning cooking breakfast.
Then all of us would have breakfast and even home cooked lunch here in Dubai!
I needed this break very much,
A fruitful holiday indeed.
But im sure it would be even nicer if Mr B and my 'gerek' frens could tag along.
Nevertheless, my stay here have been wonderful so far.
Day One :
Like i mentioned, every morning during my stay in Dubai,
All of us would wake up very eraly and enjoy breakfast together,
Then after that all of us would get ready and head out with our plan for the day.
Day One here,
All of us drove all the way to Abu Dhabi up the hills of Al Ain.
Thats the beautiful sight when we are up there, up the hill.
Its freezing cold up there ok!
But the view is magnificent.
We rounded Day One with an Indian dinner there and drove home to spend that quality bonding time together till late night.
Day Two :
Shopping!!!!!
Indeed Dubai is a shopping paradise.
Zara here is much cheaper than in Singapore.
I bought a few tops for myself and shoes for Mr B as well.
We went to The Mall Of Emirates.
The mall is super huge!
Dubai is popular for its chocolate dates.
I bought some for my close ones and frens.
They are realli tasty you noe,
Altho i have never tasted dates in my whole life,
But once i tasted the chocolates dates there,
Im hooked! *smiles*
You noe wat,
Mothers will always be mothers,
While all of us were busy shopping for souvenirs and stuffs,
They were busy shopping at the supermarket buying groceries!
We spent almost the whole day at the Mall of Emirates.
Went back home and enjoy delicious home made 'nasi goreng cili padi' and lots of other dishes prepared by the mothers.
Day Three :
The best part of this trip is seeing the kids having a time of their life.
Every morning without fail,
While we adults were busy having breakfast,
The kids will have their own time as well.
Having a pool within the compound is an advantage.
The kids realli enjoyed themselves swimming away.
We had home cooked lunch yesterday.
Imagine having hot spicy 'asam pedas', fried chicken,french beans etc here in Dubai. Heh.
The feeling of sitting together enjoying lunch is simply the best.
After lunch, all of us got ready to venture Dubai once more.
We went out sight seeing and again shopping for people back home in Singapore.
We even went on a boat to enjoy the fantastic view of Dubai. Amazing i must say.
The blue waters, simply awesome.
Beautiful sight, fantastic scenery.
After enjoying the perfect breeze, We went over to the Festival Market and did some more sinful shopping there.
The shopping centres here can drive you all crazy lah ok!
So many things to buy here,
Im pretty sure i will be pretty broke when im back in Singapore. Heh.
But its ok,
I just wanna make full use of the holidays here.
Its something i didnt do often anyway,
So like what they say,
Enjoy while it last.
Im having a wonderful time here in Dubai.
Today im not sure where we will be heading to,
So i shall see you all in 2 days time yeah!
